WOODMAC Sawmills use Narrow Band Thin Kerf Bandsaw Blade Technology. As WOODMAC Saw Mills uses precisely machined main wheels together with associated guiding components, the machine produces an accurate cut where the kerf is minimal. Movement of the Saw head is guided via Linear bearings. The Log frame which holds the log at all times is designed for heavy loading with minimal Lateral and Vertical deflections. Lumber thickness setting can be Manual or Automatic with a multitude of options. High quality mechanical and electrical components are used for long term trouble free operation.
WOODMAC saw mills are designed to saw hard woods found in tropical environments and as well as softwoods. The twin pillar architecture utilized, which is also found in the most advance industrial sawmills elsewhere in the world, provides not only extraordinary stability, but long term trouble free service for years. The control systems in the HBS-30E and the HBS-800E use high quality systems for precise reliable operation. The motors are of Australian origin and motor control hardware is from Germany. WOODMAC machines are designed to last and provide you with years, if not decades of service. The machines are tested and proven to exceed performance of machines within the same class/capacity.
The wastage in sawing wood with the thin kerf bandsaw WOODMAC sawmill is substantially low compared to conventional systems. Depending on the thickness of the planks, the relative yield can even increase over 100%. Due to the narrow band technology, direct drive methodology implemented in the machine together with efficient drive belts, the energy consumption is substantially low. The investment on a WOODMAC Sawmill shall provide you with years of service.
WOODMAC sawmills comprise of the following models. In addition to the above, necessary state of the blade sharpening equipment together with tooth setting are also available.
• HBS-800E (Fully Automatic)
• HBS-30E (Semi Automatic)
• HBS-30 (Manual)
All WOODMAC Horizontal Band Saw Mills can be setup for full scale operation within one to two hours.
